1. Spray liberally all over the body 15 minutes before stepping out in the sun.
2. Rub in till absorbed.
3. Spray on your hands and then apply to the face.
4. Reapply in case of excessive sweating or water exposure. Avoid exposure to the sun between noon and 4 pm.
