It is certainly verified that any advice ever given starts or ends with “drink more water”. There is no doubt that water is super-essential for mostly all problems and we should buck up and start acting on this advice, rather than just saying “yeah, yeah, I know”. But while you are gulping down a whole glass of water, read on all about how and why you should hydrate. 

Ways to keep your skin hydrated

Dehydrated skin is the cause to many other skin problems, therefore give your thirsty skin some relief by hydrating it. Always keep your skin hydrated like you always keep your cell phone charged.

Do not forget to use sunscreen as UV rays weakens the skin’s barrier and rob the skin of its moisture.
