In our fast-paced hectic life, the need to meet all the deadlines, party all-night and binge watch our way through every TV show, have left us with minimum relaxation. This affects our eyes, as too much strain and sleep deprivation causes puffiness, dark circles and sunken, dilated under-eyes.
